NMFDCinAction || The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources – National Marine Fisheries Development Center (BFAR-NMFDC) has officially started a 25-day training course for the 29th batch of the Boat Operation and Management Course.

This training program is being attended by 35 selected officers and personnel from the Philippine Coast Guard, who are currently assigned to BFAR MCS Vessels.

The opening ceremony was honored by the presence of Mrs. Rhoda S. Bacordo, Officer-in-Charge of BFAR-NMFDC; Mr. Marlo B. Demo-os, Head of the Vessel Operation Center; Mr. Remegio Salinas, Head of the Training Section; and Mr. Napoleon Salvador J. Lamarca, the chief aquaculturist of the Center.
